All payments are due as agreed in the project proposal or invoice. Work may be paused or delayed if payments are overdue. Completed projects or digital deliverables remain the property of iThink Studio until full payment is received.
4. Revisions and Support
We aim to deliver high-quality work and provide reasonable revisions within the scope of each project. Ongoing maintenance or technical support after project completion is subject to a separate agreement or hourly rate.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and timely feedback. We are not liable for delays caused by missing materials, access issues, or third-party service interruptions.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, all custom code, designs, and materials created by iThink Studio remain our property until full payment is made. After payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client, except for any open-source or third-party components used.
7. Liability
We take every measure to ensure quality and security, but we are not responsible for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
8. Third-Party Services
We may integrate or recommend third-party tools or hosting providers. We are not responsible for their performance, security, or terms. Clients are encouraged to review those third-party policies directly.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
